Join the #BestiesSquad in Tennessee on our first-ever Cabin Trip! We will be going to the Great Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg this coming January. Must be 21+ to attend

THE CABIN

Escape to a luxurious Smoky Mountain getaway at The Big Oak Lodge boasting 16 Bedrooms, 16.5 Baths, a Private Theater, Private Hot Tub, a Chef’s Kitchen, Firepit and Game room complete with a pool Table. Be mesmerized by the magnificent architecture that showcases massive windows, inviting nature’s beauty inside. As you step inside, the expansive ceilings welcome you to the open gathering space with the perfect blend of tranquility and grandeur. The cabin’s main level offers you relaxation and privacy as you spend quality time with your Besties. The spacious kitchen with high-end appliances is a chef’s dream. There’s plenty of dining seating available both inside with eight dining tables, and several tables outside on the deck where you’ll also find rocking chairs and a swing.
Gather around the stone-encased fireplace or dip in one of the private hot tubs and enjoy the scenery while on the large decks. There is also a community indoor pool within walking distance. The beauty of the surroundings, along with the lodge’s ambiance, and plenty of space and comforts make this a perfect place for a rejuvenating retreat no matter the size of your party. What To Expect:
POSITIVE VIBES ONLY. When you arrive in beautiful Gatlinburg, to our Luxury Cabin, we will first host our meet & greet, where you will receive your gift bag, name tag, room numbers, and meet the other Besties! We will serve appetizers and refreshments during this time. You will then have some free time to relax and recuperate before dinner at 7:30 PM. We will enjoy dinner & drinks followed by Games & Giveaways. We will have some new Vacation Winners! Afterwards, we will have a Bonfire outside as well as Movies in our Private Theater.
On Day 2, you won’t have to be up early but we’ll meet in the Main Dining area at 11:00 AM for our All-Pink-Besties-Brunch (wear any shade of pink). We will serve brunch items and Mimosas at this time. At 12:00 PM our Massage Team will arrive and you’ll be able to relax with a mini-massage, 10-15 minutes are included (longer massages are available upon request). You’ll have free time from 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM. We will then gather for snacks at 3:30 PM and for our departure into town at 4:30 PM. Transportation will be provided to town and back. We will explore the Gatlinburg Strip and attend a fun Dinner Show with a 4-Course Meal. After our fun night on the town, we will return to our Cabin for our Besties Bonfire. This will be our last night so it will sure be memorable with more games and prizes. Day 3, our final and departure day, we will have Breakfast available from 9:00-10:00 AM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest.

*Shared rooms have several Queen sized Bunk Beds & Sofabeds, everyone will have their own bed.

Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are nonrefundable. The remainder of your reservation is refundable in the form of travel credit if canceled by 11/1/2023. No cancellations are permitted after this date. No refunds will be provided after 11/1/2023. However, you CAN transfer your room to another person if you have someone to replace you. All changes must be made by 12/1/2023. Cancellation requests must be received in writing, by email, to deeluxevacations@gmail.com
