THE CABIN
Escape to a luxurious Cabin in the Smoky Mountains featuring a private indoor pool, private hot tub, game room and theater! This cabin sits 9 miles from downtown Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.
TRANSPORTATION TO CABIN IS NOT INCLUDED
What To Expect:
POSITIVE VIBES ONLY. When you arrive in beautiful Gatlinburg, to our Luxury Cabin, we will first host our meet & greet, where you will receive your gift bag, name tag, room numbers, and meet the other Besties! We will serve appetizers and refreshments during this time. You will then have some free time to relax and recuperate before dinner at 7:30 PM. We will enjoy dinner & drinks followed by Games & Giveaways and then our Pool Party. We will have some new Vacation Winners!
On Day 2, you won’t have to be up early but we’ll meet in the Main Dining area at 11:00 AM for our All-Pink-Besties-Brunch (wear any shade of pink). We will serve brunch items and Mimosas at this time. At 12:00 PM our Massage Team will arrive and you’ll be able to relax with a mini-massage, 10-15 minutes are included (longer massages are available upon request). You’ll have free time from 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM. We will then gather for snacks at 3:30 PM and for our departure into town at 4:30 PM. Transportation will be provided to town and back. We will explore the Gatlinburg Strip and attend a fun Dinner Show with a 4-Course Meal. After our fun night on the town, we will return to our Cabin for our Besties Bonfire. This will be our last night so it will sure be memorable with more games and prizes. Day 3, our final and departure day, we will have Breakfast available from 9:00-10:00 AM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest.

-Private Room with 1 King Bed + 1 Sofabed with Private Bath (2) $575 per person
-Shared Bunk Room with shared Bath BOTTOM BUNK $475 per person
-Shared Bunk Room with shared Bath TOP BUNK $375 per person
*Shared rooms have several Queen sized Bunk Beds, everyone will have their own bed.

Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are nonrefundable. The remainder of your reservation is refundable in the form of travel credit if canceled by 11/1/2023. No cancellations are permitted after this date. No refunds will be provided after 11/1/2023. However, you CAN transfer your room to another person if you have someone to replace you. All changes must be made by 12/1/2023. Cancellation requests must be received in writing, by email, to deeluxevacations@gmail.com
