*1 passenger will have standard room with 1 King bed, 2 passengers will have standard room with 2 twin beds or 1 King, 3-4 passengers will have a 2-bedroom Family room with 3 beds.

PAYMENT PLAN:
$50 deposit due at Registration. Balance is split into 8 equal payments beginning October 9, 2023 and ending May 9, 2024.
*There is a 4% Square Processing Fee added to your Invoice
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY All deposits are nonrefundable. The remainder of your payments are refundable IF travel insurance is added to your booking. Insurance cost and processing fee is also nonrefundable. Refund is provided in the form of Travel credit. If Travel Insurance is not added, no refund will be provided.
How does this work?
Once you register and pay your deposit below, we will get you in our system and on the rooming list. You will receive a receipt and confirmation email immediately after booking. In about 5 business days, you will receive a contract that outlines the details of the trip (as mentioned on this page) which must be signed before we are able to take any payments. Once your contract is received, we will send out an invoice reflecting your balance. This invoice link is where you’ll be able to make your monthly payments. We will also send out a link to our private group for this trip where we will post news and conduct our LIVE meetings. 30 days before your trip you will receive additional confirmation details via email. 14 days before your trip, you will receive your package via USPS mail with your printed confirmations and itinerary, as well as your custom shirts. We’ll see you in Greece!
