- 2-person occupancy: $1,350.00 per person
- 3-person occupancy: $1,250.00 per person
*3 people max per room. Please keep in mind there are only up to 2 beds in rooms. You can request to be placed next to someone elses room if needed.

CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation Fee is $100 per person. All deposits are nonrefundable. The cost of Travel Insurance & Processing fees are also nonrefundable.
The remainder of your payments are refundable and will be provided in the form of Travel Credit in case of cancellation.
Travel Insurance cancellation deadline: January 1, 2025
No Travel Insurance cancellation deadline: July 1, 2024
PAYMENT SCHEDULE (per person):
- $50 Deposit per person due at Registration
- Balance is split into 10 equal payments beginning 06/10/2024 with final due date being 3/10/2025
How does this work?
Once you register and pay your deposit below, we will get you in our system and on the rooming list. You will receive a receipt and confirmation email immediately after booking. In about 5 business days, you will receive a contract that outlines the details of the trip (as mentioned on this page) which must be signed before we are able to take any payments. Once your contract is received, we will send out an invoice reflecting your balance. This invoice link is where you’ll be able to make your monthly payments. We will also send out a link to our private group for this trip where we will post news and conduct our LIVE meetings. 30 days before your trip you will receive additional confirmation details via email. 14 days before your trip, you will receive your package via USPS mail with your printed confirmations and itinerary, as well as your custom shirts. We’ll see you in Hawaii!
