HOTEL DETAILS:
Rooms: 2 Twin Beds in each room
Property Location: A stay at this Hotel places you in the heart of Tokyo, a 2-minute drive from Sunshine Aquarium and 6 minutes from Tokyo Dome. This 4-star hotel is 7.5 mi (12.1 km) from Tokyo Tower and 7.6 mi (12.2 km) from Senso-ji Temple.
Rooms: Make yourself at home in one of the 800 air-conditioned rooms featuring refrigerators. Complimentary wired Internet access keeps you connected, and digital programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations feature deep soaking bathtubs and complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include phones, as well as safes and desks.
Amenities: Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as a fitness center, or other amenities including complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services. Additional amenities at this hotel include gift shops/newsstands, wedding services, and a ballroom.
Dining: Grab a bite at the bar, one of the hotel’s 6 restaurants, or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours). Snacks are also available at the coffee shop/cafe. Quench your thirst with your favorite drink at the bar/lounge. Buffet breakfasts are available daily from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM for a fee.
Business, Other Amenities: Featured amenities include wired Internet access (surcharge), limo/town car service, and a computer station. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge during limited hours, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.

PAYMENT PLAN:
$50 deposit due at registration
Balance split into 6 equal payments starting 11/1/23 and ending 4/1/24
($133 per month on average)
FLIGHTS:
Flights are not included in the price. You are welcome to book your own flights or we can assist you with flight bookings. You will be flying into Tokyo International airport leaving on May 26th with arrival on the 27th. The flights average $1,700 roundtrip and are about 12-13 hours long.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
All Deposits are nonrefundable. The remainder of your reservation is also nonrefundable if Travel Protection is not added. If Travel Protection is added, you can cancel up to 7 days before departure for a refund, minus travel protection cost and deposit. All refunds are provided in the form of Travel Credit to be used within 1 year of cancellation.
