Join us for our annual Besties Vegas Trip! Everyone is welcome, that includes Besties, Couples and Solo Travelers. Must be 21+ to attend.

Travel Dates: August 13-17, 2025 (Wednesday-Sunday)

(1) $850.00
(2) $499.00 per person
(3) $399.00 per person
(4) $299.00 per person
*4 people max per room, if you have a larger party, please split into multiple rooms

OUR HOTELS:
For Besties & Solo Travelers: Paris Las Vegas (2 Queen Beds)
For Couples: Planet Hollywood (1 King Bed)
*You can also choose either hotel at registration

ADD ONS:
•Travel Insurance $99 per person
•Foodie Tour: $220 per person
•ATV Tour: $150 per person
•VIP seating with shaded Cabana & Food Included at Pool Day $175 per person (drinks are not included but can be purchased at the venue)
•Premium Buffet at Wynn $185 per person (includes drinks)

What’s NOT Included:
•Airfare – flights can be added to your invoice
•Resort Fee – Each hotel charges a $49.99 per night, per room, resort fee (not per person), this must be paid at check-in
•Refundable Damage Deposit ($300 per room), refunded at check-out.
•Gratuities/Tips to tour guides, hotel personnel, Hosts, waitresses, Bartenders, etc.

Payment Plan:
•$25 per person due at registration
•Balance is split into 10 equal payments due on the 1st of each month, beginning September 1, 2024. Average payment is $30-$50 per month.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All deposits are nonrefundable. The remainder of your payments are refundable in the form of Travel credit if cancelled by September 1, 2024. After this date, travel insurance must be added to receive a refund. All refunds are provided in the form of travel credit to be used on any other group trip we offer.
