•$600 for Private Room with Private Bathroom (2 people- Room has 1 King Bed+Sofabed)
•$475 for Shared Room (you will have your own bed)
*Add $500 if solo traveler in private room
PAYMENT PLAN: (per person)
•$25 due at registration
•Balance is split into 4 equal payments beginning 1/15/2024 and ending 4/15/2024

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All deposits are nonrefundable. The remainder of your payments are refundable until 1/31/2024 if cancelled by this date. All refunds are provided in the form of Travel Credit. All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email.
HOW DO I MAKE MY PAYMENTS?
Once you register, you will receive your invoice sent to your email within 3-5 business days. This invoice will reflect the deposit payment you made at registration and your new balance. You will use this invoice to make any future payments. Both Besties can use the same invoice link, even for separate payments.
