THE CABIN
Escape to a luxurious 5-STAR Cabin in the Smoky Mountains perfect for a Couples Getaway! This Cabin boasts over 6,900 sq. ft. of Luxury, featuring 12 Bedrooms (each with a King Bed + Private Bathroom), 12.5 Bathrooms, a Private Pool, Theater and Game Room. Full Chefs Kitchen with plenty of seating as well as two living room areas for extra entertainment. This Cabin comes complete with its own Poker Table so get ready to place some bets! Downtown Gatlinurg is only 9 miles away.

What To Expect:
POSITIVE VIBES ONLY. When you arrive in beautiful Gatlinburg, to our Luxury Cabin, we will first host our meet & greet (5:00 PM). You will receive your gift bag, name tags, room numbers, and meet the other Couples! We will serve appetizers and refreshments during this time. You will then have some free time to relax and recuperate before dinner at 7:30 PM. We will enjoy dinner & drinks followed by Games & Giveaways. We will have some new Vacation Winners! Afterwards, we will have a Bonfire outside as well as Movies in our Private Theater.
On Day 2, you won’t have to be up early but we’ll meet in the Main Dining area at 11:00 AM for our Couples Brunch (each couple will pick a color to wear). We will serve brunch items and Mimosas at this time. At 12:00 PM our Massage Team will arrive and you’ll be able to relax with a mini-massage, 10-15 minutes are included (longer massages are available upon request). You’ll have free time from 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM. We will then gather for snacks at 3:30 PM and for our departure into town at 4:30 PM. Transportation will be provided to town and back. We will explore the Gatlinburg Strip and attend a fun Dinner Show with a 4-Course Meal. After our fun night on the town, we will return to our Cabin.
Day 3 is our “explore on your own” day, you’re welcome to stay at the Cabin and relax or get out and explore Gatlinburg. We will have a bonfire Sunday night.
Day 4, Monday, is Departure day. Breakfast will be available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. You must be completely checked out by 10:30 AM.

PRICING $800 per person
Payment Plan:
$50 due at registration (per person)
remaining balance is split into multiple payments beginning 11/1/23 and ending 60 days before your scheduled departure date (except January date which has a due date of 1/1/24)
Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are nonrefundable. The remainder of your reservation is refundable in the form of travel credit if canceled by 1/1/2024 (for January booking it is 11/15/2023). No cancellations are permitted after this date. No refunds will be provided after this date. However, you CAN transfer your room to another person if you have someone to replace you. All changes must be made by 1/1/2024 (12/1/23 for the January booking). Cancellation requests must be received in writing, by email, to deeluxevacations@gmail.com
