- 3:30 PM – Arrival in KC & Hotel Check-In (Embassy Suites)
- 5:30 PM – Evening Reception & Meet-up
- 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM Food Truck Friday & Live Music at Jowler Creek Winery
SATURDAY (either July 16, 23, or 30)
- 10:00 AM Hot Breakfast at hotel
- 12:30 PM – Meet up for Foodies Tour
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Foodies Tour with food included
- 6:30 PM Evening Reception & Meet-up for Dinner
