PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL – YOU DO NOT NEED IT TO BOOK (so you still have time to get it by December)
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: PER PERSON– $50.00 Due at registration
Payments split equally over 8 payments beginning March 1 ending October 1. All invoices must be paid in full by the final payment date to be booked at the group rate posted. Any invoice left unpaid after this date will be subject to cancellation or repriced to the current rate.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All bookings are refundable in the form of travel credit until June 1, 2024. After this date, NO REFUNDS OR CANCELATIONS WILL BE PERMITTED unless travel protection has been added to your booking. All travel protection fees, processing fees and deposits are nonrefundable. All cancelled booking are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
