PAYMENT PLAN:
$25 Deposit due at booking
Balance is split into 10 equal payments beginning August 1, 2024 and ending May 1, 2025 (average payment is $75 per month)
FLIGHTS: Flights are not included but can be added to your payment plan, pricing depends on the city you are traveling from. You will be flying into Orlando airport (MCO)
ADD ONS:
•Travel Insurance $99 per Adult; $55 per Child
•Room Upgrade to Poolside Family Suite +$500.00 per room
•Room upgrade to Volcano Bay View 2-Bedroom Suite +$1,600 per room
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
All deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable. Cancellation Deadline date is August 1, 2024. After this date, you must have Travel Insurance added for cancellations to be permitted. All refunds are provided in the form of travel credit to be used on any future group trip within 1 year of cancellation.
